St. Paul's Cathedral
St. Paul's Lutheran Cathedral in St. Paul, Minnesota, recently received a new sound system designed and installed by Audio Video Electronics (AVE). The system is comprised of an RPM 88 Programmable Multiprocessor and a traditional mixing board. Four "automatic" microphone inputs are allocated for use when a sound engineer is unavailable. The system can be easily switched to manual control at the soundboard. Stefan Svärd with Audio Video Electronics says "The world is full of DSP units, so how do you go about picking one? One of the most important things for us is the level of support we receive from the manufacturer. Rane has been excellent in supporting their products. The RPM 88's ease of use, and the flexible power of Drag Net software, allow us to install complex systems that are easy for the average user to operate. We especially like the Ethernet connectivity of Rane gear." Products Featured: |
