Installing MP25 or MP26 Drivers on a Mac

Plug the MP25 or MP26 directly into a USB port on your computer. (Do not plug it into a USB hub or splitter).

Put the install disc that came with your unit into your computer's CD-ROM drive.

On a Mac, simply open the Rane MP25 or MP26 Setup CD image that appears on your desktop.

Once you see the contents of the install disc, open the mac folder.

Simply double click the MP25.pkg file and follow the prompts to install the driver.

Note: If you don't have the install disc you can download the install file by going to the MP25 page or the MP26 page. It's also a good idea to check this page in case there is a newer version than what came with your mixer. You will want to install the newest version.

Click the 'MP25 Core Audio Driver' for Macintosh. If the download does not start automatically, choose to 'Save File' and press 'OK'.
 

Once it's finished downloading, if the install doesn't start automatically, double click on the downloaded icon that is sitting on your desktop, or inside your Downloads folder, and then double click on the MP25.pkg file to install the driver.
         

Have your MP25 or MP26 connected via a USB cable before you install the driver.
