Your hardware serial number can be found printed on a sticker on the rear or bottom of your product. It will begin with (21).

A receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim. Simply upload an image of your sales receipt for review. This image can be a picture from a mobile phone camera, screenshot of an e-receipt, or scan of a physical receipt. File size cannot exceed 2MB.
